We currently offer domestic shipping via UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees determined by your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

Order Processing

We keep a limited amount of inventory so your BRDA products are as fresh as possible. Many products are made to order and every order is prepared by hand.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

Returns

Because our products are made for personal use, all orders are final sale and we do not accept returns.

If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us at KYLIEBRDA@GMAIL.COM with your order number and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Natural Variations

BRDA products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, scent, texture, or consistency may occur from batch to batch.

These natural variations are part of what makes each BRDA product unique.
